So the recovery process is happening. Rob is requiring a little assistance at the moment whilst his body parts are bonded back together. The next stage will be helping him put on some weight. It won’t be long till he’ll be back out adventuring.
Rob’s antics catch up with him.

Poor Rob. The cold weather got to him and caused him to have bit of a shattering experience. However he sees this as an opportunity to strengthen himself and become a sturdier (and heavier) version of his old self. Here he is before Operation Rob began.
First snow of 2012
6 February, 20125th February 2012
A fantastic snowy day. Took a wander up to Bradlaugh Fields. Went early as it can get quite busy on a Sunday (especially when it’s snowing)
When we got there we saw some people had gotten there even earlier than us and were having fun sledging already. Saw more dog walkers up there than we normally would as well. Found a quiet branch to take a break and enjoy the crisp scenery.

As light as a leaf
Up above the trees and forest… Rob went flying high.

A frosty day and a wander around Salcey Forest. Nice and quiet which meant we had the Tree Top Walk all to ourselves. Warning… Rob decided to pose for his photo on the railing and got caught by the breeze. Please don’t copy where he sat. Although he flew gracefully down and landed gently.. you wouldn’t!
An extra long gap year
5 February, 201227th January 2012
After a gap year (or two) Rob and Bob are back.. Rob still looks as young as ever however poor Bob is having a bit of work done. So leaving Bob to recuperate Rob decides to pack up his little bag and start his visiting in style. Starting at a ‘Banqueting House’ seems a good place. An amazing property owned by The Landmark Trust, this was our 1st visit to one of their properties. This is the perfect place to escape to if you’d like to feel like Royalty (whilst you’re there for a few days at least.)
